General

What is InflowMail?
InflowMail is an AI-powered email management platform that lets you connect multiple email accounts (Gmail, Outlook, IMAP) into a single unified inbox. It uses AI to classify, summarize, and help you manage your emails more efficiently.
How is InflowMail different from my email provider?
InflowMail doesn't replace Gmail or Outlook. Instead, it connects to your existing accounts and provides a unified view across all of them. You can still use your regular email apps - InflowMail syncs changes automatically.
Can I send emails from InflowMail?
Yes! You can compose and send emails from any of your connected accounts directly through InflowMail. Sent emails appear in both InflowMail and your original email provider.

Security & Privacy

Is my email data safe?
Yes. We use AES-256 encryption for all stored data, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, and each organization has unique encryption keys. We're SOC 2 Type II ready. See our Security documentation for details.
Do you sell my data?
No, never. We don't sell your data, don't use it for advertising, and don't share it with data brokers. Your email data is only used to provide you with the InflowMail service.
Do you store my email password?
For Gmail and Outlook, we use OAuth - we never see your password. For IMAP accounts, credentials are encrypted with AES-256 before storage. You can revoke access at any time from your account settings.
What happens if I delete my account?
All your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Your encryption key is destroyed immediately, making all stored data cryptographically irrecoverable. Your original emails remain safe with your email provider.

Features

How does AI classification work?
Our AI analyzes email content to classify messages into categories (Primary, Social, Promotions, etc.), identify important emails, detect newsletters, and generate summaries. This helps you focus on what matters.
How many email accounts can I connect?
Free accounts can connect up to 2 email accounts. Paid plans allow unlimited accounts. You can mix and match Gmail, Outlook, and IMAP accounts.
Is there a mobile app?
iOS and Android apps are coming soon. In the meantime, InflowMail works great in mobile browsers with a responsive design.

Billing & Plans

Is there a free plan?
Yes! Our free plan includes up to 2 connected email accounts and basic features. Upgrade to a paid plan for unlimited accounts, advanced AI features, and priority support.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, then you'll be moved to the free plan.
