Windows Desktop App
In the Microsoft Store. Install, sign in through the browser, and see requirements. The iPhone and iPad app is ready for the App Store. The Mac app is next.

Admin Consent
Work Microsoft 365: if you are not an admin, send this page to the person who is. Personal Outlook.com does not need it.
