Connect Your Email Accounts

Connect Gmail, Outlook, or any IMAP email account. We use secure OAuth for Google and Microsoft.

Your credentials are encrypted with AES-256. We never store plain text passwords.

Initial Sync

InflowMail will sync your emails in the background. This may take a few minutes for large mailboxes.

  • Email metadata is synced first (subjects, senders, dates)
  • Full email content is fetched on-demand when you view a message
  • Sync runs automatically every few minutes for new emails
