In a new message, Wordsmith turns the notes you typed into the email. It also searches across all your accounts, drafts replies, manages rules, summarizes threads, and sends replies on your behalf. You confirm each send.
Why is Free really $0?
No credit card. 5 mailboxes, every app, you send mail yourself, 20 AI drafts a month, and one helper. AI sorts your first 300 emails each month on Free; after that, rules and heuristics sort the rest. InflowMail keeps the last 30 days of your mail for the fast inbox, and search still reaches every year at Gmail, Microsoft or your IMAP provider. The assistant does not send on Free.
Is there a trial?
No countdown. Free is the trial, forever. You move to Pro when you want more AI (about 500 replies a month), AI send, a 6th mailbox, or a second helper.

5 mailboxes, one helper, the AI assistant with about 500 AI replies a month (1,000 AI credits; more in $5 packs of 500), AI send with confirm, calendar on connected Microsoft/Google mailboxes, and 90 days of mail kept in InflowMail. What do "30 days" and "90 days" mean? Can I search older mail?
That's how much of your mail InflowMail keeps in its own fast inbox. Older mail never leaves your provider, and search goes there live, so you can find mail from any year on either plan.
What's in the Practice plan?
$24/mo or $239/yr: Pro + helpers + full audit. For practices where an assistant works in your inbox - tax preparers and CPAs, small law firms, anyone who has to show who saw what in their mail. Everything in Pro, plus:
- 3 helpers included (Pro includes 1); extras are $4/mo each, up to 10 in all.
- A 2-year activity log: every message and attachment opened, what helpers sent, forwarded and deleted, and your sign-ins. Free shows the last 7 days and Pro the last 30; we keep the same 2 years for everyone, so turning it on shows your history straight away.
- Exports: CSV or PDF for any date range, helper or mailbox.
- A monthly access report by email on the 1st. See a sample.
- Legal hold: nothing in the log is deleted until you release it.
- Helper controls: require two-factor sign-in for helpers, and set a date their access ends.
- Attachment-open log: attachment opens and downloads in the Data Access Log.
They're record-keeping and access controls (we call them Compliance tools). Whether they cover what your profession or regulator asks of you is for you (or your adviser) to judge. If you move back to Pro, the features stop and your data stays; a legal hold you placed stays on until you release it.
How much AI does Pro include?
About 500 AI replies a month: 1,000 AI credits, and a typical reply uses about 2 (a short rewrite, 1). Need more? Buy a $5 pack of 500 credits (packs last 12 months) or turn on auto top-up. Unused monthly credits don't roll over, and mail sorting never uses credits. On Free, drafting pauses after 20 drafts until the 1st of the month.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, anytime, from Plan & billing in the app. Upgrades are pro-rated today; downgrades credit your next bill. If a smaller plan covers fewer mailboxes than you have connected, you choose which ones pause first - nothing is deleted.
What's a helper (delegate)?
A helper is someone you trust with your mail - a paralegal, EA, or bookkeeper. They sign in with their own account (no shared passwords), send as you if you grant it, and you revoke anytime. Free and Pro each include one, Practice 3; extras are $4/mo each. Who this is for →
Do you sync my iPhone/Android calendar, tasks, and contacts?
No. InflowMail is not a phone backup. Calendar and tasks come from the mailbox you connected (Microsoft 365 calendar + To Do, Google Calendar + Google Tasks). IMAP accounts (Yahoo, iCloud Mail, Fastmail, etc.) sync mail only. The People list is people you have emailed - we do not read the address book on your iPhone or Android. Contacts who live only on the phone, and never in mail, will not appear here.

Cancel anytime?
