Connect with Microsoft 365 sign-in (OAuth). Microsoft retired IMAP/SMTP passwords for Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 — an app password will not work.

How to Connect Outlook / Microsoft 365 to InflowMail

1. 1 Create an InflowMail account or sign in to your existing account.
2. 2 Go to Settings > Connected Accounts and click Add Account.
3. 3 Select Outlook / Microsoft 365 and sign in with your Outlook / Microsoft 365 account. We use OAuth - we never see your password.
4. 4 Your emails will start syncing immediately. The initial sync may take a few minutes for large mailboxes.
